You can fill out this form to be automatically added to the waitlist for any sold-out Shaka event. If a spot opens, the Shaka team will notify you via email.
To cancel your spot for an upcoming Shaka gathering that you are signed up for, simply fill out this form.
If you are on a membership plan, you are eligible to receive a credit for the cancelation of your spot in line with the club’s refund and cancelation policy. If you are not on a membership plan, please let us know if you are no longer able to attend by filling out the form, but you are not eligible for a credit. If the Shaka Club has to cancel an event, we will either provide you with a refund or a credit to be put toward the rescheduled event.
Yes! For most Shaka Club gatherings, members and approved users can register to bring guests unless otherwise specified on the registration page. All you would do is RSVP or buy access for your guest when signing up for an event.
The Shaka Club usually announces events about a month in advance to make sure members have ample time to plan around them. That said, we do occasionally drop some events more last-minute (a week or so out). So, always keep your eyes peeled for that! Members get early access to sign up for Shaka events.
