Our friends at Outsiders have customized a full-day excursion for the Shaka Club, featuring private transportation to and from NYC, a professinally guided hike, drinks from sponsors, professional photography, and more! 

We'll be hitting Diamond Mountain in Harriman State Park. This hike offers the chance to see wildlife, and you'll definitely get your nature fix. The trail is rated as moderate, with a length of 3-5 miles and an elevation change of 1k feet or less. Three professional guides will accompany the group on the hike.

Bring your hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers (you’ll need them), dress appropriately for the weather forecast, pack water and a sandwich/snack, and get ready to enjoy the outdoors. A variety of cold beverages (fat tire beer, liquid death, hard seltzers, etc.) will be provided by Outsiders during the excursion as well, and a professional photographer will tag along to document the day!

We’ll start the day at Worthwild in Chelsea. After the hike, we'll make a stop somewhere for food and drinks before heading back home (food and drinks at the post-hike meal are not included in the ticket price). 

EVENT DETAILS:

10:00 AM – Meet at Worthwild; 10:30 AM – Depart; 12:00PM – Arrive at hike entrance; 1:45 PM – Snack break on the trail; 3:00 PM – Conclude hike head for food and drinks; 5:30 PM - Depart back to NYC

Cancelation Terms:

This experience will go on rain or shine, but we will notify you if the experience needs to be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions. Due to the intricacies of this partnership, Shaka will have slightly different refund and cancelation terms for this experience:

No refunds or credits unless the event is canceled. If the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather (dangerous or unsuitable for the course of activity), ticket purchasers will be offered refunds if they notify us within 72 hours that they are unable to attend the rescheduled date. Keeping our ticket prices accessible to everyone is one of the main reasons for our no-refund policy on this experience. If you are not dressed in weather-appropriate gear or if your attire is deemed unsuitable for the activity, we have the right to turn you down for the safety of the group and yourself. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that might prevent you from completing the trip, please consult your physician to confirm your ability to partake in the activities safely.
