This class is suitable for all levels. The trainers will tailor your experience to you, so whether you're already a fitness fanatic or just getting started on your fitness journey, this is the perfect opportunity to kick start a year of health and wellness. At this one-of-a-kind, high-end training experience, you'll learn some new moves, work up a good sweat, and have a great time while doing it!

• Private access to a high-end workout facility with all equipment needed for class (weights, mats, etc.);
• 60-minute custom workout session with celebrity trainer Niko Algieri, alongside one of the top fitness trainers at Presher Fitness;

What to expect:

• 60-minutes of a professionally led fitness class that will incorporate some weighted exercises, bodyweight exercises, HIIT, stretching, and more. 
• There will be two instructors who will be providing assistance and instruction throughout class.  
• Please wear fitness clothes and sneakers. We will be providing water from sponsors, but we also suggest bringing your own water bottle!
• After class, you're welcome to hang out to enjoy the sponsor goodies and each other's company!

Please arrive 15 minutes or so before class to settle in. Class will begin promptly at 1 PM. When you arrive, head downstairs. That's where the fitness studio is located! As always, the club's refund, no-show, and cancellation policies apply. No admission without registration.
