The Shaka team has worked with our friends at Outsiders to fully customize a farm day outing for Shaka members! Unlike Outsiders' typical offerings, this will feature the Shaka Club's expert event planning and curation, guaranteeing you'll be enjoying the best possible experience with a fantastic group of Shaka members in your age range! The excursion will include private transportation to and from NYC, access to a farm that is not reachable via public transit, drinks from sponsors, professional photography, and more! EVENT DETAILS:

10:00 AM – Meet at Worthwild; 10:30 AM – Depart; 12:00PM – Arrive at farm and explore grounds – 4PM Regroup, cheers, and depart for NYC – 6PM: Drop-off Worthwild (traffic dependent)

Activities available at the farm: 

We'll be visiting Wilklow Orchards in the Hudson Valley! They offer apple picking, pumpkin picking, freshly made apple cider donuts, hayrides, hard cider tastings by Bad Seed, food trucks, a farmers market, and more! Please note that the farm will charge a fee day-of for some of these activities (for instance, the farm charges a $5 fee on premises to go apple picking, and if you want to bring a bag of apples home, you'll need to purchase bags starting at $12). 

Cancelation Terms:

This experience will go on rain or shine, but we will notify you if the experience needs to be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions. Due to the intricacies of this partnership, Shaka will have slightly different refund and cancelation terms for this experience:

No refunds or credits unless the event is canceled. If the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather (dangerous or unsuitable for the course of activity), ticket purchasers will be offered refunds if they notify us within 72 hours that they are unable to attend the rescheduled date. Keeping our ticket prices accessible to everyone is one of the main reasons for our no-refund policy on this experience.
